Hi, my name is Sarah Lacey and I am a wife and a mum to two young boys. I work as an NHS Psychotherapist, online youth Counsellor and clinical Supervisor. It has always been a passion to combine psychological coaching with practical nutrition coaching. This psychological and nutritional approach makes sense given how eating is so affected by our mood state and stress levels, food is not just fuel and that is what we explore here. This led to the creation of Nourish and Nurture.

As a Level 4 Nutrition Coach and Psychological Coach, I specialise in emotional regulation, habit and behaviour change and developing mental resilience so that women can enjoy lasting weight loss and enhanced well-being.

Having had my own battles with emotional eating, restrictive dieting and now in remission from Grave’s disease and Hyperthyroidism, I use my CBT and Counselling experience alongside nutrition coaching to help you build a robust blueprint for lasting weight loss but so much more.

With my unique coaching style, you will become your own therapist and nutritionist because I will support you to find flexibility with nutrition and teach you robust stress management tools so that you can feel confidence, resilient and drop those unwanted pounds.

I have been training for over twenty years and have had various nutrition goals during that time. I lost over 55lbs post-partum, safely and consistently, with the support of a coach and I too would like to help support you in meeting your own goals while also knowing the genuine struggles that women must manage today...whether that is as a mum, as a carer, as a busy professional or all of the above. My mission is to help women de-stress their way to weight loss, to support and educate women to become their most confident, competent, healthy and strong by attending to their physical AND emotional needs.

1. Initial Consultation

In your initial consult, we
will get to know each other,
discuss your goals, what has
been holding you back, and how
my approach will work for you

2. Choose your package

After your consultation, I recommend a package that best suits you. We then work together, week-by-week, to release you from the harsh dieting mentality so that you can feel more in control, raise your self-esteem, develop a better body image and lose weight/gain muscle

 

3. Paradigm shift

Working together you will learn the importance of a balanced way of eating . You will also learn to cultivate a new relationship with food that will lead to less restriction and WILL include your favourite foods!

4. Long-term success

Implementing the tools you have learned and the nutritional principles we have built together long-term, you will become more consistent at making healthful decisions, you will feel more confident and your body and mind will thank you for it
