Our Founder
Led by Sarah Lacey, a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist with 23 years’ clinical experience, specialist training in nutrition, sleep science and menopause-informed coaching, every programme combines clinical rigour with practical tools teams can use every day.
Sarah has supported over 7,000 individuals and partnered with organisations across healthcare, engineering and corporate sectors, translating complex science into simple, practical strategies that improve how people feel, work and perform.
